Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") and kirabet (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms apply to all services offered through the kirabet website, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, instant games, promotional offers, and all associated payment and account management functions.

Your use of kirabet — whether by browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This Agreement is effective from the moment you first access the kirabet platform.

kirabet reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, kirabet will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address on file or through a notice displayed on the platform. Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

By creating an account, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you are legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

At the time of registration and at any subsequent point deemed necessary, kirabet may require you to submit documentary evidence of your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all kirabet accounts:

• Geographic eligibility: You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. kirabet does not guarantee that its services are legal in every location from which the platform may be accessed.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on kirabet. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

Account Registration

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

kirabet supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of locally trusted payment methods. All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption protocols. kirabet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the kirabet finance team. Mobile money withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts are typically completed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on your card issuer. kirabet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

• Withdrawal to original method: Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Pending verification: Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. kirabet will communicate the required documents clearly and promptly.
• Dormant account fees: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳200, deducted from the account balance. kirabet will notify you prior to the application of any dormant account fee.
• Chargeback prohibition: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or card issuer in relation to a kirabet deposit is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action to recover the disputed funds.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotional Terms

kirabet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including but not limited to the 200% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotional credits. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of a promotion, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses issued by kirabet:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Players must meet the stated wagering requirement in full before a withdrawal request for bonus-derived funds will be approved.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The specific contribution rates are outlined in each promotion's terms.

• Abuse and fraud: kirabet employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional mathematics. Any account found to be abusing bonus offers will have its bonuses cancelled and any resulting winnings forfeited.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on kirabet, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not harm or disadvantage other players, kirabet, or any third party. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kirabet and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Fraudulent activity: You must not attempt to defraud kirabet or any other player through any means, including but not limited to use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Collusion: You must not collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market offered on kirabet.
• Use of bots or automated software: You must not use any automated betting software, robot, script, macro, or other artificial tool to place bets or interact with the kirabet platform without express written authorisation.
• Money laundering: kirabet is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or the financing of illegal activity. Any deposits or withdrawals suspected of being connected to money laundering will be frozen and reported to appropriate authorities.
• Abuse of staff: You must treat all kirabet customer support staff with respect. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language directed at platform staff is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
• Circumvention of restrictions: You must not use virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions, self-exclusion measures, or account suspension decisions.
• Misrepresentation: You must not impersonate any other person or entity or provide false information at any stage of your interaction with kirabet, including during registration, KYC, or support communications.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on kirabet — including but not limited to the platform's design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of kirabet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kirabet platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content found on kirabet without prior written consent from kirabet or the relevant rights holder.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kirabet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the kirabet platform or any services offered therein — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

kirabet makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. The platform may be subject to temporary downtime for maintenance, technical upgrades, or reasons beyond kirabet's reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or government actions.

kirabet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to kirabet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
